A holistic approach to personal training and fitness can connect your mind to your body through conscious movement patterns that energize, repair and strengthen the body, and help you take control of your life. The idea of holistic weight training is to train all different parts of the muscle cell. Main focus is on the body as a whole and the interconnectedness of each muscle group.

During sleep, your brain sends toxins out of your cells and brings in nutrients to replenish the cells. While sleeping your brain cleanses itself up to ten times faster than when awake. Poor sleep is associated with a lower cortisol awakening response (CAR), which leaves you tired and can increase inflammation.

Using nutritional education as a primary tool, holistic nutrition emphasize the process of building health by approaching you as a unique individual. This requires fully engaging your health recovery process to chart a course to optimal health. This includes suggestions for improving lifestyle, managing stress, meal plans for improved weight, mood, and energy.
